| The first thing you should do is check our Work in Progress page. Chances are we're already working on something like that.
Please remember that Ganesha Games is a one-man operation so family or health issue will take precedence over game production.
We ARE interested in finished, playtested, self-published products NOT based on our rules and covering niches that we don't cover. Feel free to send a sample of your work and we might sell it in our store (generally asking for a 20% split on the cover price).
We are ONLY interested in English language products. Translations of our existing games are provided as volunteer efforts in exchange for game credit or free print copies of the same. |

| 2. my downloads are not working! Or they are unbearably slow. |
| Please send an email to andreasfiligoi@gmail.com with your order details and we'll send you a download link for any products you have purchased. We are having server issues especially in times of high traffic.
We are working to solve this issue. |

| 3. Paypal didn't redirect me on the downloads page. How do I download my products? |
| Here's the procedure if Paypal didn't send you back correctly:
1) login
2) go to My Account
3) click View on the order you made
4) the site opens an Order Information page; at the bottom of the
page, there is a button called Download links. Click on it and the
product or products will download to your pc.
It seems that 1 in 200 customers are not correctly redirected by paypal. As always, if in doubt, just contact us through the contact form. |
